Welcome to Bulldozing | A dedicated workshop for those seeking a restful night’s sleep.
We spend 1/3rd of our lives sleeping yet few of us spend any real effort learning how to optimise our sleep. The Bulldozing programme has been designed in partnership with Added Health(TM) – a team of world-class doctors, physiologists and nutritionists from Oxford, Harvard, Stanford, New York and Sydney to create a unique and holistic experience for those of us who would like to focus on our sleep.
The Bulldozing workshop is led by industry expects who take a whole-picture approach that includes education, behaviour change techniques and practical exercises.
The workshop is three hours (6-9pm) and will include the following:
Short grounding exercises, with an introduction to sleep from Added Health coaches. Workshop on sleep across all pillars. Sleep-friendly dinner and drink, with a detailed exploration into nutrition and sleep. Workshop to explore pre-bed routine, breathing exercises, and gratitude journaling. The workshop ends with a progressive muscle relaxation session.
