Is there a minimum booking duration?
We require a minimum 2-hour booking to secure the room and staff.
What’s your cancellation or deposit policy?
A 50% deposit holds your reservation; cancellations more than 48 hours in advance receive a full refund.
Do you offer tournament-style packages?
Yes—customizable tournament packages with dealer service and prize structures are available on request.
Is catering or bar service included?
Catering and full bar service are offered at additional cost; menus and pricing are provided upon enquiry.
Do you provide a sound system?
Yes—a premium surround sound system is included for the duration of your booking.
Are there any age restrictions?
Guests must be 21 or older to reserve and participate in poker room activities.
Is real money allowed on site?
No real money may be exchanged on site—we do not hold a gambling license. Prior agreements for simulated play can be arranged upon request.
