  • Reservations

    1.1. All reservations must be made in advance via our website, by phone, or through our partner booking platforms.
    1.2. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation.

    Deposit and No-Show Fee

    2.1. To confirm certain reservations (e.g., large parties, special events, or peak times), we may ask for a pre-authorization of a deposit amount.
    2.2. If you fail to arrive (“no-show”) for your reservation without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance, we reserve the right to charge a £10 no-show fee per person to the card on file.
    2.3. The no-show fee is non-refundable and will be processed within 48 hours following the missed reservation time.

    Cancellations and Changes

    3.1. Cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.
    3.2. To cancel or amend a booking, please contact us by phone or through the same platform used to make your reservation.
    3.3. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time will incur the full no-show fee of £10 per person.

    Arrival and Seating

    4.1. Please arrive on time. We cannot guarantee seating beyond a 15-minute grace period.
    4.2. If you arrive late, we may have to reassign your table or, in busy periods, release it entirely.

    Group Bookings

    5.1. For parties of 8 guests or more, special group menus may apply.
    5.2. Any changes to guest numbers must be communicated at least 48 hours before the booking; otherwise, the no-show fee applies for each additional absent guest.

    Payment

    6.1. We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
    6.2. All prices include VAT at the current rate.
    6.3. Gratuity is not included; discretionary service charges may apply for large parties.

    Conduct

    7.1. We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw service to any guest whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, abusive, or offensive.
    7.2. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

    Liability

    8.1. Sl’ice at Bull Burford is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on the premises, except where caused by our negligence.

    Changes to Terms

    9.1. We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of your booking will apply.
