Chef fires up the grill from late morning: bacon and sausage buns to start the day, then a rolling menu of fire-led snacks through the afternoon. Think sticky Korean chicken skewers, hot honey and fennel sausage with gherkin relish, charred cauliflower with chipotle mayo, and the steak of the day dressed in wild garlic and jalapeño.
