About Bull Locals
Bull Locals is the membership for regulars at Bull, 105 High Street, Burford OX18 4RG. It is run by Bulls Aye Limited ("we", "us"). Membership is free.
Joining
You need to be 18 or over to join. Each person can hold one membership, in their own name, using their own email address.
Our newsletter
Bull Locals comes with Bull's email newsletter, which is how we share member offers and events. By joining, you agree to receive it. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. As the newsletter is part of the membership, unsubscribing may mean we close your membership.
Your card
Your card lives on your phone and is for your use only. Please show it to the team each time you visit so your visit and any offers can be recorded. We may ask for photo ID to confirm a card belongs to you.
Points
You earn points for each visit when your card is scanned, with one visit counted per day. Points earned and the points needed for a night at Bull are shown on your card, and we may change these amounts from time to time.
Points have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. If your membership has no recorded visits for 12 months, we may reset your points to zero.
A night at Bull
When you have enough points, you can put them towards a night in one of our rooms. Stays are subject to availability and must be booked directly with reception, mentioning your membership. A stay covers the room for one night for up to two guests. Some dates, such as bank holidays and the festive period, may not be available.
10% off food and drink
Members receive 10% off food and drink at Bull on each visit. Show your card before you pay. The discount does not apply to service charge or gift vouchers. Private hire and ticketed events are also excluded, and it cannot be combined with other offers on the same items.
Happy hour
Every day during the times shown on your card, buy one drink and your second is half price. The half price applies to the lower priced drink, and it can be used once per member per day.
Other offers
From time to time we share extra offers on your card, such as a birthday drink in your birthday month. Each offer shows when it runs and is subject to availability. We may end an offer at any time.
Fair use
We may pause or close a membership, and remove points, if a card is shared, misused or used to obtain offers dishonestly.
Changes
We may change these terms or the membership, or bring it to an end. If we make a significant change, we will let you know by email first.
Your information
We hold your name, email address, birthday if you give it, and a record of your visits and offers. We use this to run your membership and to send our newsletter. Our membership system and email service providers process it on our behalf. You can update your details from your card page, and you can ask us to close your membership and delete your information at any time.
