Tickets sold on the What's on page land here. Open an event for its guestlist and to check teams in on the night.
Add a booking
For a booking taken by phone or paid at the bar. It counts towards the numbers straight away.
Check against Lightspeed
In Lightspeed Back Office, export the receipts or payments for the same dates as a CSV and add it here. Each ticket is matched to the voucher redeemed against it.
Check against Guestline
In Guestline, export the payments for the same dates as a CSV, with the booking number, amount and payment type, and add it here. Each booking is matched to the voucher redeemed against it.
